Del-Val The Tilefather established their first location during 1953 on the outskirts of West Philadelphia. Their showroom had a  single storefront window at 6441 Market street in a little township community known as Millbourne, Pa. Since then they have located in Broomall, Springfield, Upper Darby, North Philly, and are now permanently established in a huge facility at 1223 West Lincoln Highway in Langhorne, Pa. 1897 4

For those of you who remember dealing with Del-Val in one of the above locations you would most likely recall having purchased real ceramic tile from a real tile store.  It was during this era that Del-Val attained national recognition as having committed to the  awakening of the extended use of ceramic, porcelain, stone, and glass products. There is not a home today that is in a construction or renovation process that has not been considered for the use of at least one of the products that Del-Val has pioneered.
This is just a boastful reminder from the Tilefather to the grown up kids and their children whose parents dealt with Del-Val  back then.
